Important Law Enforcement Reporting Requirement
Every Kansas law enforcement agency must submit a report to the KBI each year prior to February 1. This report is required even if you did not have any civil asset forfeiture activity during the prior year. [K.S.A. 60-4127 (d)] More information is available on the KBI wesite.
