2014 Farm Act
Statement of Principles on Industrial Hemp USDA, DEA, FDA
This bill allows licensing of pretty much anyone to grow industrial hemp of no more than .3% THC levels. It is not in compliance with the 2014 Farm Act or other Federal drug laws.

This bill is research based through Kansas Department of Agriculture alone or with Universities. It is allowed under the 2014 Farm Act. It may still be problematic in regards to requiring quantitative THC testing on all marijuana cases.
